2008 Honda Civic EX Sedan 4 Door Automatic

2008 Honda Civic EX Automatic Sedan. The car currently has 120k miles and looks and runs excellent. I purchased it a couple years ago with 72k, nd have all maintenance records from the previous owner which includes synthetic oil changes. Recently had new spark plugs, attery, ir/cabin filters, ransmission fluid, nd suspension installed. Front brake pads and rotors just replaced last week. Rear brakes have a lot of pad left. The car does not leak or burn any fluids, or does it consume any oil.The AC is cold, nd heat is hot.
The factory suspension has been replaced with Honda Factory Performance suspension (shocks, truts, prings, nd all hardware) at 105k. The HFP suspension provides better handling and a slightly firmer ride. The EX model comes with 16" rims, ower sunroof, teering wheel audio controls, ndauxiliaryaudio input. Has a nice set of Michelin tires with plenty of tread left.
The exterior of the car has some minor scrapes, ut nothing major. There are no dents on the car. At one point in it's life the front passenger fender was repainted as you can notice a paint line. Not completelynoticeable, ut I want to disclose that you can see it when up close. The exterior really shines well, nd being it's a Florida car it is rust free.I do have the front license plate holder as well.
The interior is in excellent condition with no stains or excessive wear. Note that the spot on the drivers floor mat is from my heal being wet. Also includes a factory molded rubber cargo mat for the trunk.
35 miles per gallon, nd under $20 to fill it up. This car needs nothing and is ready for a new owner.
