These aregoing up in value and one this nice is hard to find. Don't miss out on this car. This car was awarded “Best of Datsun Corral” at the 2014 Historic Races at Portland International Raceway. Datsun was the featured vehicle that year and John Morton was the Grand Marshall. I had John sign my glove box at the event. There were many fine Datsun’s attending but mine was judged as Best. I think it was because of the overall look and patina with a killer engine and clean interior. There are many 510’s that have turbo whatever engines installed but an original NA engine with S.U. carbs just looks great. My car runs great and is ready for a new owner that will appreciate what I’ve done thus far.
I bought the car with only 63k miles on it. The new engine has about 16k miles and after break-in I have always used AMSOIL Synthetic oil.
You could drive this car just the way it is and turn heads everywhere. My next project was to paint the engine bay and completely hide the wiring… Oh well
If you are one of the many people that asked me to sell it at the Canby Datsun rally this year… here’s your chance.
The Registration shows that it’s a 1973 but it’s a 1972. Clear title in hand.
I don’t need to sell it. I’m just ready for another Harley.
This car is for sale locally so if it sells before the auction ends I will stop the auction. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!
