1997 Dodge Ram 2500 Cargo Van 3/4 Ton

This van is working man van originally bought from a painter. Our warehouse have used the van for local drop offs to UPS and post office and it ran fine then. We even pulled a trailer with it a few times. We stop driving it until it was making a grinding noise and had a mechanic told me to not drive it until the issues is fixed. The issue is that this is a 3/4 ton van but the owner before me changed the rear and front ends with 1/2 ton parts (wrong) so overtime the drive shaft loosen a little because of plays or as the mechanic put it. twerking. That is what make it make the grinding noise. Im told because the rear end is not the right. the drive shaftdoesnt fit right and that is why it does that. I was told it needs to be fixed otherwise i would risk driving it down the road and have the drive shaft fall off and flip the van over. We were quoted $1200. 00 to change the rear end and drive shat and because we have other vehicles. we didnt see the need to shed that much money to fix it and so it's been sitting for almost 6 months. So based on what the mechanic told me. you can drive the van without fixing it but you'll risk rolling it over on the road. So no you can't drive it off my parking lot. The engine and transmission are fine and has good tires. the driver door sag and leaks a little when it rains. the seats have minor tears and have paint spots. Indiana weather comes with some rust underneath so expect some. the previous owner did coat the bottom trim and undercarriage with rust protection but was done after some rust. It has a CD player. SOLD AS-IS TO BE REPAIRED. IT MUST BE TOWED OFF OUR PARKING LOT. If you drive it out we will not be liable for anything that happens. All sales are final. See pictures
