2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Sport. Cummins Turbo Diesel. 6 Speed Manual, 4X4, 4WD

This is one of the best trucks ever built! 2001. 5 Dodge Ram 2500 Sport 4X4. nbsp;24 valve HO Cummins Turbo Diesel. 6 speed manual transmission. quad cab. long bed. Dana 80 rear-end with 4 wheel disc brakes. This truck runs and drives great. It was a one owner truck until 2014. It was bought new in Central Arizona where it has stayed. It has been in a dry climate it's entire life. This is a well optioned truck. SLT. Sport. Trailer. and Camper packages. 6 speed manual transmission with the Dana 80 rear axle with disc brakes. good working AC. rear sway bar. etc. Power windows. locks. seat. overhead trip computer with compass. nbsp;steering wheel controls. nbsp;etc. Upgrades include:Fab Fours custom front bumper painted body color. 30" LED light bar. Edge programmer. Airbags over the rear axle. Trailer brake controller. nbsp;flip-up goose neck hitch. nbsp;camper tie downs. etc. Custom extendable power mirrors. It has a 2" leveling kit done correctly with new extended tubular lower control arms with greaseable poly bushings to center the front wheels. Clarion cd player with satellite radio built-in. Included but not installed is a new Titanium Series FASS 150 gph fuel pump with draw straw. Recent work includes: $3300 rear-end build with Eaton Track Lock carrier with paperwork. front axle gone through with new seals and ball joints. recent tires with very good thread left. fresh oil change. new fuel filter. The batteries are about a year old. It was in an accident in 2014. It had damage to the right front corner. No airbags deployed. I had the truck professionally repaired by Zion Auto Body. The nose of the truck has been painted and I had them buff the rest of the truck. Nice repair and it looks great. There are a couple of dings like you would expect from a truck from 2001 and a dent in rear bumper. but overall the exterior is very nice and probably better than most from this era. The interior is good overall. Typical wear to the drivers seat and a small tear in the center console lid. The dash has a couple of cracks under the cover. but not completely destroyed like a lot of these get. It is clean and very usable the way it is. Everything works on the truck (AC is cold. all power options work. etc). You can get in and drive it across the country right now. It is my daily driver. The driver's side rear door doesn't open. I haven't looked into fixing it. but I do know that these have a problem with the door handle cable clips breaking. The blower for the AC and heat works but on low or high only. which is also typical for these trucks. The exhaust is original except for a muffler delete. I like it. but my daughter doesn't. It may be a little too loud for some people. The Cummins 6 speed is probably the best truck ever made. This one is special because it has been owned by the original owner until very recently. has good options. good colors. good work done. and looks amazing. I have all the original manuals and the window sticker. I am selling because I drop off and pick up my kids from school and they are needing more room in the back seat. It does have a restored salvage title from the accident but is repaired and ready for anything. You will like this truck. A deposit of $1000 is due within 24 hours of the end of auction.
