For sale is a 2001Dodge Ram 3500Quad Cab Cummins Turbo Diesel Truck. This is one of the nicer DuallyDodge 3500trucks that you will find!

Truckis ingood shape, o body damage, ust normal minor paint imperfections you'd expect. I have had people comment to me that the truck is extremely clean for a 2001.

REASON FOR SALE

I purchased this truck with the intention of starting a small auto transport business (this truck isperfect for that, nd why I chose it). However, now have an ill parent with Alzheimer's who's situation is preventing me from getting this off the ground at this time, s I really need to stay local now. Thus the truck has seen limitedusage since I bought it, sI do havea car which I use for local driving. I do plan on pursuing thetransportbusiness idea again one day, ut realistically that would be at least a year away now, t best.

I am instead needing to buy a clean used 4 door car such as a Nissan Sentra,so I can drive for Uber. I've consideredkeeping this truck even though it's not needed now, ecause it is so nice looking & such a rare find with that mileage. But I also may be relocating back out west later this summer or early fall, nd it'd be another vehicleI'd needto ship. So with all things considered, t makes much more sense to offer the truck to someone who can benefit from it, ather than have it just sitting around undriven. The health situation with my parent and thus the forced change of plans is the only reason why I am selling this really nice low mileage truck.

The truck appears to have never been abused,and was NOT used for commercial hauling! Thus, here is nogooseneckhitch in the bed, s is often the case when thesetruckshave beenused commercially

(though you can easily addone yourselfif needed or desired).

It has all books &three fullsets of keys & fobs (one of which looks to be never used). The vehicle has only 132,060 miles, amp; it's not just a cliche to say that it is aCummins & that it will be good forMANY more! They are known for their towing power, uel economy--and longevity. At that low mileage for a 2001, rom what I have been told aboutthese Cummins engines, ts barely broken in!

The truck is very smooth idling, o erratic idle whatsoever! Starts right up immediately. When you look under the hood of this truck & see thevery clean condition, nd have the engine running, t both looks & sounds great.

The prior owners had used this truck to driveonce a month or so, n season,to theFt. LauderdaleFL area forracing, rom just south of OrlandoFL. The owner would occasionally transport one very small Mazda race car on a bumper pull single car trailer (not even remotely close to what can be towed with this Cummins!) For anyone not familiar, his is a straight, on-stopdrive on the FL Turnpike of about 175 miles. Thus the mileage on this truck is primarily freeway mileage,and that limited usage is also consistent with why there are the very low miles on this 2001! They did add a nice adjustable air suspension, nd all trailer wiring connections.

Unfortunately, am not someone who is very mechanically or technically inclined when it comes to the inner workings/mechanical aspectof vehicles--and I am definitely new to owning one of these Cummins trucks. So, cannot give more specifics such as regarding the air suspension, tc. Everything on the truck was installed or already there when I bought it. I can only show pictures as I have, nd describe what Isee visually.I do know that the air adjustable suspension is a very desirable addition to this truck, specially for anyone planning to tow or haul heavy cargo.

CONDITION OF VEHICLE

*EXTERIOR

The exterioris invery good condition for it's year! (SEE PICTURES!) As with any used truck, here are some minor imperfections on the truck if inspected in detail, othing out of the ordinary, nd overallless than one would expect to find on a 2001. Nothing that is reallynoticeable unless looking up close.The overall exteriorcondition reflects the fact that this truck is a low mileage vehicle that has been cared for and not neglected.

The metal rear bumper shines, utdoes have some dings/imperfections fairly common to find on a used truck, ut nothing that detracts from the overallnice condition of the truck.

*UNDER THE HOOD

The condition under the hood is nice and very clean. See photos!

*INTERIOR

The interior of this truck is in nicecondition for its year!!!

Condition-wise, t definitely doesnot look like the interior of a 2001, nd reflects the low mileage on this truck. The dash, teering wheel, onsole, nd headliner are all in good shape! And the rear area is very nice as well, ppears to not have seen much use.It wouldbe toughto findmany 2001 Cummins 3500'sthatare as nice! There isone holeon the drivers side seat,& asmall vent cover on the far right side of the dash is missing. That's really all to mention. Otherwise very nice & clean inside!

AND, NLIKE MANY DODGE 3500's, HE DASH ON THIS ONE IS NOT CRACKED OR DAMAGED FROM THE SUN!!

*TIRES & WHEELS

Tires areoverall in good shape. Some have a bit more tread left than others, ut allare definitely ok for now.

The wheels are in GREAT condition and really shine!!

Theydefinitelyadd a lot to the overall sharp look and appearance of this truck!!!

THESE ARE THINGSI FELT SHOULDBE POINTED OUT:

1)There is a hole on the drivers side seat, hat is the only real imperfection on any of the seats--front or back. (passenger seat and rear are perfect).

2)The driver side power seat control is not working.

3)The overhead display is not illuminating. As with the power seat control, his may be a fix for someone who is electrically knowledgeable.

4)There is a very small vent cover missing on the passenger side of the dash.

These are the only things I have noticedsince I have owned the truck.
