2500 dodge 24V Cummins 2WD

Truck was purchased by my dad in 2009 and it sat in his driveway and was not driven very much after he bought it. He has passed away and I am the 3rd owner and have had it sitting at my house for a year now.
It has a 24valve cummins and overdrive automatic. True mileage is unknown. He put a new speedo in it when he bought it and the odometer now says 107K but its beleived to be around 200K.
Truck has a starting problem and it wont start without a shot of gasoline in the turbo. We had a new intank fuel pump put in but that didnt help. Truck does run and drive...just hard to start. Please understand that the truck has this problem and I am fully disclosing it and make it known so there is no misunderstanding.
Transmission shifts good. Ac ...dad had the evaporator replaced in 2009 but its low on freon now and may have a leak. Tires are cracked and will need to be replaced.
Topper is NOT included and was on the truck when I took the picture but its going to be removed...Topper is not included.
Electric door locks dont work and the electric seat doesnt move. Interior is dirty as can be seen and headliner is falling at the front.
