I have a portion of this car financed so I would pay that off with proceeds from sale to obtain lien release to send buyer, r once deal is complete buyer can pay that portion directly to credit union and balance to me, hichever he/she is comfortable with. The process of paying lien off and obtaining release takes approx 5 to 10 days and is a common and easily handled one.
