2008 Dodge Challenger SRT Low Miles 1800

2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8, purchased car about a year ago from collector. It had 1200 miles when I purchased and now a year later it has less than 1800. The car still smells new inside and is like new condition. It has always been in garage. I am open to reasonable offer. Car will not leave my possession until funds are in the bank. The car has a small scratch that was there when I purchased car. Talk to shop and he said he would touch up for 150 dollars.
