1968 Dodge Dart GTS 5.6L

This is a 1968 GTS that has been a race car since the mid 1970s it is a real 1968 GTS that came with a 340/ 727. It was raced in IHRA Super Stock with a 340 and did in the Mid 10s according to a previous owner. The car was raced in Tulsa Oklahoma. and now has no engine or transmission. The body is straight and there is very little rust. It is basically a rolling she'll with a shortened8 3/4 differential with shortened aftermarket axle and no carrier. It has only one window in it. The floors are very solid. and the car has very little rust. I planned to find a damaged 68 dart and use the parts to put this GTS back on the street. but I came by a 64 Sport Fury and I have a 440 Dart. o decided to see if I can find a home for this one. It has a full roll cage. the springs were moved into the frame and it has been tubbed. Fortunetely the vin tag was never removed from the dash. It has been in the system since the 1970s so I am selling it with a bill of sale but should be easy to re establish registration. The car was originally Medium Dark Turquiose with white interior a white. top and stripe. The front suspension and brakes are present and stock. The front inner fenders are still there. it has a full roll cage. no interior. Included parts are nice 1968 grille and tail lights.
