1999 green Dodge Neon - runs well

Selling my mother's 1999 Dodge Neon. I bought her a newer car (the blue one) so she is selling her old car.
The car runs well but is at the point of its lifetime where it needs a lot of maintenance. She has replaced the breaks and tires recently and has a newer CD player.
The speedometer sometimes works and sometimes does not and there is a crack in the dash. A few minor dings you expect from an older vehicle. Over 100k miles on this car. Odometer says 164000 but it was replaced so the miles on the car is less than that.
