I'm starting to invest in real estate and my viper has to go. I'm testing waters. I want to sell so any decent offer will be accepted.I'm located in Canada. This car is from Texas.It has a salvage title in USA. No frame damage is what the carfax report says. Also no air bags were deployed on the carfax.
I'm in Canada and we also have salvage titles here and it is not classified as such. We use Carproof reports here. Previous owner had a minor accident 2000$ front bumper, it shows on the Carproof report, the title however is clean.
I bought the car with 42000miles and a blew up engine. The car came with a Paxton supercharger and it was never tuned! Pistons were cracked, everything was stock, 2 bent rods damaged the cylinders. So I got the engine rebuild. I was planning to keep this car for a long time so I went all in. Got the cylinders oversized, and went for forged internals.
Here is a list of my setup, the vehicle has 48500 miles now and I continue to drive it as much as I can. So besides the Paxton everything is new or as new (6000 miles have been done since rebuild)
> Paxton Novi 2000 supercharger (with the original pulley)> CP forged coated pistons> K1 forged h beam rods> Sct tune by Unleashed Tuning> 69 lbs injectors> Timing chain has been replaced during the rebuild> Crankshaft got balanced> The clutch has been replaced with a LUK, master and slave cylinders also got changed at the same time> Brand new OEM radiator> BC racing adjustable coil overs> Alignment has been done> Getting brand new rear tires tomorrow (Michelin pilot Supersport)
Things that can bother you
1) The paint needs some love, it is clear that it as been repainted on half the car. Many possibilities available like a wrap, compound if you are not too picky or just a new paint job.
2) Both windows work but make a sound when they reach the top and bottom of their movement.
3) Previous owner was really bad at parallelparkings, rims need to be polished if you plan to keep them. They are still good and there is definitely something to do to make them shine like they once did.4) Headlights rubber is in bad conditionThis car is built to last long and can handle 1000hp + with it's current setup it is around 700hp. It feels solid and fantastic to drive.
