I am selling my 1949 dodge 1/2 ton pickup truck. It was out of Arizona and is a very clean truck the left rear fender has some surface rust, but not significant. The frame is straight and in good condition. There are some pin hole rust spots in the floor pan. The decision needs to be made either to patch or replace the floor. I just added a new windshild. The bed wood (red oak) is new as well and stainless hardware is provided. I did a disk brake conversion on the front and there is a new master cylinder. The engine is there, but has a bit of a crack in the block. I am told it is repairable. The block crank, rods, pistons, etc. are available disassembled. The transmission was a 3 speed, but was recently stolen, so not available. The drive shaft is presant as well. I have chrome grill pieces and the speedometer and other guages, which are quite expensive seperately. I have run out of energy for the project, but I love the truck. The hood opens from each side, so cool! This will make a great truck for someone either stock or street rod. If you need any other info or pictures, please let me know. Local pickup only. Good luck bidding!
