1971 Dodge Charger Super Bee! This is the last one out the door amd unfortunately I have not finished the resto project! I hate to leave things unfinished but here we are. This is a NUMBERS Matching Charger meaning, the engine code amd stamp match the body and frame on the build sheet. For those who question the legitimacy here is how it decodes.

W= Body type Charger (1971 was the only year W signified Charger body)
M= Class type or Submodel- Super Bee
23= with the first two letters male up the body code WM23 makes it a full fledged Super Bee.
N= Engine size and type- 383Cid 4bbl. 300hp
1= year made 1971
A= Lynch Road plant Detroit Michigan
1502401= signifies Serial number or production number.
Fender tag decoding is as follows:
420= eng/trans code- 383cid/3 spd auto hi perf with factory A/C
044= axle break codes- 3.23 open front and rear drum.
C2X9= trim code- Bench seat black upholstery, black door panels, black carpet and headliner.
Fy1= Upper body color= Banana
Fy1= Lower Body color= Banana
Thats really all there is for pertinent info. The rest of the Fender Tag will reveal gate code production sequence, worker # etc.
So what i am saying is the car ks here, the info is all present and it simply needs someone to assemble and put the heart into it and you have an official American Classic. This project isn't for someone who Does NOT have the soul for Mopar muscle.This is a New Mexico car and there ia no rust present.
