2000 Dodge 1500 MPV Cargo Van 75K Miles Strong Engine & Tranny Class 2

This auction is for a white 2000 Dodge Cargo Van. also known as a MPV (Multi Purpose Van) that has less than 75000 original miles on it. The van has a strong engine and automatic transmission and runs great. The interior is bare except for the driver's and passenger seats which appear to be made out of gray vinyl. The van would be great for anyone that needs a strong. roomy vehicle as the interior is totally open behind the front seats. There are a few issues that need to be addressed. The first is the rust found on the side doors on the cargo area as well as the rear doors. The doors will need to be either replaced or patched and repainted (if desired) although they will probably pass inspection as they are currently. The second issue is some frame rust which might need to be repaired for inspection. The frame is not broken but has significant corrosion towards the front. The third issue is a vaccuum leak. I'm not sure where it is but it causes problems with the cruise control and the heater/AC to slow down when going up larger hills and upon acceleration. This is most likely a very easy fix once the source of the leak is located. The last issue is the driver's window. it goes down easily but stalls goiung back up. If you let it sit for a minute or two it will begin to close but I'm not sure what it will take to fix it totally. The van recently had a brake line replacement and the emergency brake was serviced. as well as brakes with less than 1000 miles on them. The van is a great candidate for someone that can do most of the minor work themselves. It runs well and has no issues with the drivetrain. all of the problems are either rust related or minor in detail. The van is a heavy duty vehicle and will require a #2 registration sticker in addition to the standard inspection stickers. Please feel free to contact me for any questions!
