Description

1971 Dodge Coronet Crestwood Station WagonHello station wagon enthusiasts. Here is a very. very rare automobile which has been in storage for awhile and only used sparingly. The car is in remarkable shape and only shows 19. 75 miles on the odometer. which appears to be original based on the overall condition of the car. There is of course. a possibility that it could be 119K miles. It is a nine (9) passenger wagon since it has the folding rear facing third seat. which looks brand new! Did anyone ever sat on it? Just only 3900 of these wagons were built - how many are left beside this one - and in this condition? less than you can count on one hand. I'm sure! It has a fairly rare factory "N" code 383HP engine with the four barrel carburetor - most engines on wagons back then were either 318 or may be 360ci. 2 barrel carbs motors - especially on the mid-sized wagons (think early 70's fuel embargo). This one means business! This car is in extremely great/superb condition with no visible/noticeable rust at all. Rare dark blue exterior factory color. Factory AC as well! The engine starts and runs without any problems whatsoever; it purrs perfectly when idling. The transmission shifts smoothly and without any issues either. The car only needs a couple of items requiring attention: the front seat does/may need to be reupholstered due to the original fabric being worn in spots and showing some wear and tear (there is currently a very nice seat cover (bench style) installed over it and you may not even have or want to redo the front seat for awhile). Also the brakes will/may need to be adjusted as the front driver side brake grabs a little if one pushes very hard on the brake pedal. The interior is in remarkable condition. The instrument cluster. steering wheel. door panels. headliner. etc. are in excellent condition. Just a couple of small cracks at the top of the dash - otherwise dash is very nice; not bent or deformed. The carpet and most of the upholstery are in great to excellent condition as well. Overall this is an extremely solid. complete. unmolested original car. Hard to find with the original/factory engine and carb set up and even much rarer in a station wagon. plus factory AC!. Almost nothing to do. if at all. to take it to cruises. car shows or just enjoy everyday. What a find! Current/good/clear Colorado title. Car is currently registered and insured as an operable motor vehicle (and can/is used as such when desired). Don't miss this opportunity as you almost never see or find wagons. especially in this condition. Very. very reasonable Buy It Now price - don't even take the chance on losing out on the car by bidding and missing out. because someone else will certainly choose the buy it now option! Good luck and happy bidding (if you must)! Please call with any questions - 303-941-1765. PS. Please don't buy the car only because you want to pull out the drivetrain and put it in a Charger. Challenger. Roadrunner. Cuda or other muscle car - they are plenty of those around but only very few survivor wagons like this B body one; isn't this car just as worthy of MOPAR history and preservation and ultimate enjoyment? Keep it whole. Hey. what about C bodies. fuselage cars. etc. Mopar or no car :)
