Sprinter Conversion Van Leather Recliners Bamboo flooring Rooftop AC/Heat RV

Here's your opportunity to finish a high-end conversion. to your specific tastes. I'm the owner of Midwest Coachworks. llc. We specialize in high-end. custom conversions of Motorcoaches and Sprinter vans. This van was completed about to a 70% point when the owner lost the ability to finish it. All the wiring. structural and most of the decorative work has been completed. Seating is currently setup for 5. but can be changed to 6 easily and even 8 passengers without reworking the interior layout. The rear recliner seats are from Toyota Siennas. the highest level trim with reclining. extending footrests and swivel bases. There are 4 of these currently. one is in the front passenger position but would most likely be put in the back to complete the first row. We have the original front passenger seat. These front seats could be covered in the same material as the recliners to make everything match well. The rear has carbonized bamboo flooring. very expensive and ver hard flooring. The sidewalls are tweed fabric with padding behind them. The wood you see going horizontally along the inside is there to support trim/shelving the length of the cabin. for lighting. cup holders and decoration. We also planned some vertical styling between the sections of window openings you see. Up top you will find a remote controlled. multi speed and bi-direction fan with power open and close. Also. a rooftop heatpump providing air conditioning and real heat. not heat strip. Also in the rear on sides. the floor and ceiling are several layers of insulation. We used rigid foam. spun foam and closed cell foam sheets. as well as sound dampening metal patches from Whisper Matt. again on the side walls and ceiling. In the side walls there is as much as 6 inches of insulation in places. All this insulation provides temperature as well as sound protection. In the driver's area you'll find all the controls for the rooftop. rear fan. generator and an Ipad integrated to the glass front stereo system. for entertainment and navigation. Ipad is included. We will include a generator that mounts to the engine and creates 110v power for the Rooftop and power outlets. this is belt driven from the serp belt of the engine. Cost nearly $12k. it's not currently installed but included. Included in the sale are boxes of interior components including several LED adjustable lights. wiring. fabric in both the blue and grey colors. extra flooring and many more options. The van will be sold as it is pictured. There are many tasks that still need to be completed. or you could change the setup and do it your own way. Also. for a separate fee. MWCW could finish this conversion for you. Depending on what changes you might want. this could be in the $5-10k range. or higher if you choose major changes. Finally. I am selling this personally as it is in my name now. However. I am a licensed car dealer and can maybe help you find financing. possibly for the price of the can and completion of the conversion.
