1998 Dodge Dakota Sport Pickup Truck 3.9L V6 Magnum Only 48K Miles All Original

Up for auction is a 1998 Dodge Dakota Sport 2-Door Standard Cab Pickup Truck. with a V6 Magnum Engine. Automatic RWD. with only 48. 00 Miles and everything is All Original. The truck runs great and just passed inspection without any issues at all. This truck was an all original. one owner truck when we purchased it from a neighbor a few months ago. The original owner was over 90 years old and had lost the ability to drive so he was forced to sell it. So technically after we purchased it. we would be the 2nd owners. but we have only had it for a few months and its been an absolute great truck with nothing wrong with it at all. So what's wrong with it you may ask? Why are we selling it then if its such a great truck?The only reason we are selling it is because of a suspended drivers license. Kind of pointless to pay for insurance and all that when you are not able to drive it. That is the only reason we are selling the truck. The truck has been kept in great condition over the years and is completely solid underneath. There are NO MAJOR ISSUES with this truck what so ever and that is evident by the fact it just passed State Inspection without any problems at all. It is just a great little truck. There are some cosmetic issues. but they are minor and are an easy fix. Please see attached pictures. The hoods paint and finish is peeling a bit which tends to happen with these trucks overtime and there are minor rust spots on the rear fenders. They are small cosmetic issues but given the age of the vehicle and the fact it is driven in the northeast with all the snow and salt. the amount of rust on the vehicle is very minor. Which just goes to show you how this one owner who owned the car for nearly its entire life. has really kept the truck well maintained. So much so. that there are detail records kept on all vehicles maintenance oil changes. air filters. tires. etc. over the years. As for the truck itself. it runs great. The A/C blows cold air in the summer time. and the heat works great in the winter time. Am/ Fm Radio Cassette work great. There are brand new winter Stud tires installed that are included with the vehicle. Also we recently purchased a brand new fiberglass cap. that is also included with the vehicle. The bed is solid with no rust and includes a like new bed liner in amazing condition like it has never been used. Rocker panels are in excellent condition. Please see attached pictures. We currently use the vehicle for a drive to work vehicle and have used it a few times to pull our trailer with no problems towing weight what so ever. A hitch is included in the truck of course and with the v6 Magnum engine it has no problems pulling and towing our trailer what so ever. A Tow package hitch is included of course with the vehicle. It is very rare that you find a 1 Owner truck that has been well taken care of like this truck has been with only having 48. 00 miles and being all original and in such great condition. The bed has absolutely no rust at all and the bed liner is like brand new and seems like it has never been used. The underneath is completely solid and there are no rust issues underneath the vehicle. A new fiber glass cab was just purchased for the truck and is included in the price. Also new stud winter tires were also just purchased for the vehicle just within the past few months and are also included in the deal. This vehicle runs amazingly and has no major issues what so ever. The only issues are cosmetic and are easy fixes. Once those cosmetic issues are taken care of. it will be like a brand new truck.
