Ferrari’s F-355 is one of the most iconic sports cars produced by the marque, oasting an elegant and timeless design that looks as good today as it did when it was first released. The rarely seen Blu Pozzi paint is in great condition with no major imperfections to be found. Inside, he dark blue leather seats all look great with normal wear visible as to be expected on a car of this age. The door panels and dashboard that are upholstered to match the exterior of the car and look fantastic. The top has been recently serviced by one of the area’s premier Ferrari authorities, LB Motorworks and is fully operational. This blue top is a nice complement to the rest of the car and comes complete with matching blue leather boot.

The Ferrari F355 (Type F129) is a sports car built by Ferrari from May 1994 to 1999. It is an evolution of the Ferrari 348 and was replaced by the Ferrari 360. It is a mid-engine, ear wheel drive, -8 powered two-seat coupe, roduced in targa and convertible variants. Design emphasis for the F355 was placed on significantly improved performance, s well as drivability across a wider range of speeds and in different environments (such as low-speed city traffic.) The F355 Spider debuted in 1995, ts Pinafarina-penned lines honed by 1,800 hours in the wind tunnel, esulting in a blend of elegant style and aerodynamic performance. For the first time on a Ferrari, he semi-automatic soft-top was powered electronically. Initially, he Spider was offered with the 6-speed transmission. In 1997, he Spider was offered with the F1 transmission option. The Spider proved to be the second-most popular F355 model, ith a total production of 3,717 units, f which 2,664 were produced with the 6-speed transmission and another 1,053 produced with the F1 transmission.

This Euro spec F-355 Ferrari was legally imported into New York, Y on 12/2000. On 6/2001 the vehicle was declared to meet US highway safety specs and the bond on the vehicle was released. The car resided with what appears to be the same owner in New York, Y from 12/2000 to 6/2013. CARFAX notes that it was serviced at “Ferrari of Long Island” 19 separate times over a 13 year period.

On 7/2013 CARFAX reports that insurance had issued a salvage/NAM title on the vehicle. On 2/2014 a rebuilt/NAM title was issued. The report does not declare if the car was stolen or wrecked, nd drives out nicely without any signs of major repairs. We asked the technicians at GLB Motorworks, long time and very reputable European car service center here in St. Louis, o thoroughly inspect the car from stem to stern, nd they found no evidence of major damage or repairs. However, t still carries a rebuilt title and is being sold as such. Please bid accordingly.
