This Ferrari has clearly been meticulously maintained and cared for its entire life. 1999 was the final production year for the F355, nd most of the cars sent to the U.S. that year had the slow and clunky F1 paddle shift transmission. This example is equipped with the traditional 6-speed manual gearbox, hich makes it much more satisfying to drive. The gated shifter is a rare and special experience, nique to only a few high-end exotic cars.

The F355 is one of the best-looking modern Ferraris. It’s clean and proportionate lines will never look dated or out of style. The driving experience is pure topless Ferrari, he high-revving V8 and melodious exhaust note are unlike anything else. This particular example drives exactly as it should, ery tight and very responsive. The brakes, teering, nd suspension feel just right, nd the engine is as healthy and strong as the day it was hand-built. The interior is in great condition throughout, specially the seats, s they were reupholstered a few years ago using original Ferrari leather ($4260). They have black ‘Daytona’-style stripes and attractive black logos embroidered on the headrests. The convertible top has a few minor visible tears, nd is the only area in need of improvement. Although this Ferrari has a CARFAX report that claims no prior accident history, ur reconditioning work uncovered that the passenger-side door had been replaced at one point, ost likely due to prior damage on that side of the vehicle. Despite this repair, he car drives wonderfully, ith no evidence of any previous work in the way the car handles. In fact, ith two major services already completed within 18K miles, have not experienced a nicer driving F355.
