I am selling my very rare and sought after, 2006 Ferrari F430 Coupe (Berlinetta) with a gated, manual 6-speed transmission. The car is finished in classic Rosso Corsa and Beige.

I am a private seller, not a dealer with a clear title in hand.

The car is located in southern NJ near Philadelphia and an hour from NYC.

I currently own a 575M Maranello as well and I am a very passionate, enthusiastic and a meticulous owner. My goal with this listing is to be fully transparent and describe the car accurately with full disclosure of any known issues. I want a happy and satisfied buyer.

With the introduction of the 458 and now 488, Ferrari shows no sign of reviving the manual gated transmission – so this is the last mid-engine model to have this transmission option. If you enjoy the thrill of heal/toe shifting, and a feeling of being part of the driving experience and not just along for the ride then don’t let this car pass you up.

Production numbers are hard to pin down for the F430, for some reason, but several threads online put the gated transmission coupe in the hundreds (not thousands) in the US. Just look at other Ferrari models produced during the same years. The trend was that buyers and dealers were spec’ing cars primarily with the F1 setup. So the good news with that is that now, (and in the future) we are seeing demand, and values increasing for all gated cars. If you are looking at this ad, you already know this. These late model 430 gated manual gearbox cars are becoming an investment grade vehicle.

This F430 has only 14,228 miles and as you can see from the photos, it is in wonderful condition.

The leather interior is very soft and the seat bolsters are in excellent condition, with nothing more than very light signs of use on the driver’s side.

Basically, the car is just what you would expect with low-miles and caring owners.

The car is properly stiff on the road and the gated, 6-speed manual gearbox is very smooth. The clutch is easy to use and solidly biting. Brakes, as you would expect are amazing. The car revs and accelerates very, very quickly. You will be having fun with both hands and feet with this car. I am happy to email copies of the current Carfax report along with VIN / chassis numbers. You will find the car just as described. I’m not out to waste your time or mine. I bought this F-430 from the prior owner in September of 2015. I have driven this car approx 2000 miles and the overall feel of this car is nothing short of exhilaration.

The 6 speed manual gear box and the Tubi exhaust really set this car apart from the others. I have performed a few small repairs and mechanically the car needs nothing. I would invite the potential buyer to have this car inspected by any Ferrari dealer or independent shop.

General:
- Car originally sold by Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale on 12/21/2006
- The car currently has 14,000 miles

- Front bumper replaced by 2nd owner 8/18/2008, Noted on Carfax

Exterior and Engine bay cosmetics:
- Exterior paint - rate 9 out of 10, some stone ships on lower front bumper

Mechanical:
- The car has only needed annual services for fluids, brakes and inspections along with recall campaigns. The car was serviced at authorized factory dealers in Florida, Texas and Philadelphia areas

Known flaws:
- No mechanical issues whatsoever
- In 2008 the 2nd owner was involved in front bumper damage. I have obtained a police report to verify extent of damage but could not obtain any photos of the damage from the owner at the time of the incident.

-Carfax shows damage to front bumper and was replaced and refinished

- Karosserie of Wayne PA is one of only 7 body shops authorized by Ferrari of North America to perform repairs on Ferraris. They have inspected this car and verified no structural damage occurred.

- Front bumper splitter has 2 inch scratch

In summary, this is a chance to own just one of the few hundred of 6 speed manual gated gearbox F-430 Ferraris. It runs extremely well, has massive power and torque, drives as straight as an arrow, tight as can be. Nearly perfect interior, mechanically sound, cosmetically excellent car. Ask your significant other, be sure you have the garage space, make sure financing is in place prior to placing a bid. High bidder must make contact within 24 hours. A 50% deposit is due within 3 days and the full balance is due within 6 days from when the auction ends. The car and title will be released once all good funds are received.
