As the successor to the celebrated 550 Maranello, the 575M – “M” for Modificata – debuted at the 2002 Geneva Auto Show to acclaim and delivered more of everything that made its predecessor so great. a thoroughly updated version of Ferrari’s outstanding 65° V-12 engine, enlarged to 5.75 liters and 515 bhp, the 575M’s massive forward thrust was harnessed by a comprehensive suite of refined aerodynamics, braking upgrades, and a new adaptive-damping suspension system. Interior revisions provided an enhanced driving experience and even greater levels of comfort and convenience. The Ferrari 575M delivers exceptional performance even for today's standards. The 5.748cc V12 engine produces a whopping 515 hp, giving the car a top speed of 325 km/h. This flagship from Maranello accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds!
The staggering performance of the 575M was not achieved at the expense of user-friendliness and comfort. The model has consistently been praised by magazine road testers for being disarmingly user-friendly and quite easy to drive. The 575M Maranello is equally comfortable being put through their paces on a race track as they were crossing continents at high speed with a trunk full of luggage.
Production of the 575M spanned from 2001 to 2005 with just 2,056 built, including 1,810 with Ferrari’s new F1 Electro-hydraulic gearbox with paddle-shift. Just 246 of them were equipped for hard-core driving purists with a six-speed manual gearbox controlled via Ferrari’s classical gated shifter.Of the 246 manual gearbox models only 177 pieces were produced with the steering wheel on the left side.
The 575M offered for sale here is equipped with the rare manual gearbox. The car was delivered new in Germany and Dream Garage purchased it from the second German owner. With less than 60.000 km this is still a very fresh car. Both the interior and exterior of the 575M Maranello are pristine. The paint is in excellent condition as can be seen in the photos. The car comes complete with all original keys, the original service book in the original folder and with the original vehicle toolkit.
Recently we have let the car be serviced at Ferrari Antwerp. They have done a large service including the replacement of all drive belts. The car is also equipped with 4 new tires in the original Ferrari recommended specification. Ferrari Antwerp summarized their technical inspection of the car in a report that we can show you when you come visit the car.
With its desirable optional equipment and pure Ferrari heritage, this unmistakably beautiful 575M exemplifies its maker’s time-honored V-12, front engine, rear-drive berlinetta lineage. A manual 575M would be a worthy addition to any collection as a future collectible or thrilling weekend driver.

History:
Ferrari 575M Maranello
In 1996, Ferrari introduced the 550 Maranello in a bid to revive their fabled line of grand tourers, and it quickly proved to be an overwhelming success. Six years later, in 2002, they introduced the 575M Maranello, which brought with it a host of healthy updates, making an incredible car even more potent. Increasing the displacement of the V-12 by 250 cubic centimeters, resulting in a total of 5,748 cubic centimeters, also brought a healthy increase in power and torque, resulting in a top speed of 202 mph. The front end was revised with updated headlights and a restyled air intake and front spoiler. Weight distribution was improved to 50/50. To help handle the increased performance, the 575M was also fitted with larger disc brakes. Inside, the interior was modernized and refreshed with an updated dashboard, trim, and steering wheel, among other minor updates.
The 575M Maranello quickly proved to be an excellent update to the 550, and it is a very worthy spiritual successor to the Daytona. Capable of reaching a top speed of just over 200 mph and with enough luggage space for two for a weekend getaway, these are grand touring cars in the finest sense. Truly a very special example fitted with the rare six-speed manual transmission, this 575M would be a worthy addition to any collection as a future collectible or thrilling weekend driver.
