A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours at the close of the auction. The remaining amount will be due payable in person through a cashier's check/money order at my bank within three days of the close of the auction while the Ferrari Convertible, Title, Owners Manuals, Both Keys, Private Bill of Sale, Etc.... will be exchanged to the buyer at my bank. If you have any questions, feel free to ask your questions in advance since this auction is a legally binding contract. Furthermore, this Car is being sold as is and there are no refunds under any circumstances. Any pre-purchase inspections performed from a reputable local auto service within the area from the buyer must be taken care of prior to the purchase, not after the purchase has been made. Lastly, I won't accept; wired funds, financing, trade-in's, or buyers attempting to purchase the car from a different country. Thanks.
