2012 Sport - Manual Hatchback Bose Premium, almost pristine condition- low miles

Bittersweet to let this jewel go as we are expecting out second baby and wife "forcing" me to upgrade to something bigger (about time I know!)
Low mileage because I commute by bus from NH to Boston, o only drive it to the bus station during the week.
Recently went out of warranty so everything has beenmaintained and I have saved paperwork of everything!
Relatively new tires too
Can test drive it any time during weekend or I can take it to MA during week or NH at night.
Minor stains from normal wear on seats but overall great VERY GOOD condition.Minor 'city-parking scratch' next to front right tire that can be fixed for a few bucks, ut not really noticeable.
