About The Title This vehicle has been inspected by a licensed Michigan State police officer and issued a rebuilt salvage title that can be registered and plated. Michigan rebuilt salvage titles are processed just like a clear title in most states. It can usually be transferred and plated to any buyer in any state or country with no further inspections.
