1962 Ford Thunderbird. hardtop. 2 Door with 390 Engine and slide-away steering wheel. The car was originally purchased from Beverly Hills Ford by a Disney executive. We have the original. California pink slip (ownership documentation). Engine was rebuilt 1998 and has only 8. 00 miles it. Total miles showing on odometer are 18. 15. Actual miles are 118. 15. We are the second owners. and moved the vehicle to Huntsville. Alabama in 1988 where it was lightly used until 2004. Car has been in storage for the past ten years (and is not currently registered). but was recently serviced – all fluids replaced. new battery. and all new break cylinders. “Glideomatic” automatic transmission has been rebuilt. Exhaust system is rebuilt. Front seats have been recovered in original style. Lower door panels and head liner have been replaced with original style components.
