The Ford Model 40 succeeded the Model A. It was the first Ford fitted with the Flathead V‑8 (221 cu in (3. 6 l) 85 hp (63 kW). This engine choice was more popular than the four-cylinder. All the body is in fiberglass except the hood. The car is in excellent condition. no rust. it runs and driver very smoothly.
