This car was run through this year’s Barrett Jackson late at night and well. my really good friend Miller was also with me. Now everyone knows Miller and me don’t always make the best decision after a long. hard day at the auction! The fact that I had never seen a 4 Speed Granada in such phenomenal shape prompted me to raise my hand and bid what has to be the record ever paid for a 1978 Ford Granada. but the fact that someone else was bidding against me tells me there is a market for such a well preserved and rare car as you see here. This car was factory built with a rare 4 Speed overdrive. 302 V8 and Power glass moon roof making for a really unique combination that has been well preserved and driven sparingly covering only 26. 18 miles since new. Always stored in a covered garage the paint is very good condition with a very glossy finish and just a few nicks as you would expect on a 37 year old car. The factory glass Moon Roof opens and closes when the power switch is activated to provide an open air motoring experience that is reminiscing of the 70’s. The interior is also in phenomenally well preserved condition with slight wear present on the driver’s seat (see all pics!). The dash has been well preserved as well being covered by a Dashmat to protect it. The factory 8 track even works! The engine runs well with an aluminum intake and a Quick Fuel Carb replacing the factory intake and carb (which are both included in a box in the trunk) and fires right up and idles smoothly. Under side pics reveal a solid chassis and driveline components that have minimal superficial rust present (see all pics!)
