I have spent a full week. detailing. and polishing the paint to perfection. Then I had the top of the line 3M clear bra put on the car to protect it from any stone chips. rock chips. or road debris. that could occur if some one decides to drive the car. I had the extended Bra put on this!! Its 3M's newest product. and its invisible. Entire front end is covered. inside door handles. side mirrors. and inside the wheel wells! Cost was 1800. 00 as it was professionally done by a 3M technician. with 25 years of experience!!. . Its a custom cut bra and not a precut prefab. IF YOU DONT WANT THIS BRA ON THE CAR IT CAN EASILY BE REMOVED!! I got very lucky on this car. as there are no blemishes. scratches. and no door scuffs. no imperfections!! I made sure no one got in this car but my salesman. who is also my friend. He actually took it off the truck! I wouldnt even let Ford do the PDI. as I didnt want to take the chance of the doors getting scuffed. or the door sills getting scuffed!. The paint as I said. has been massaged to perfection. I am 61 years young. but back in the early 70's I owned a premeire Auto detail shop in Atlanta Ga. We only did highline cars. I know the best products. and the best method to apply them. to make a cars paint dazzle!!. Light colored cars can be a challenge to really shine. This one will blind you in the sunlight! I have used 3M blue polish ( 30 passes ) . and overlayed that with a Polymer ( called VITREO ) that is used on airplanes. and then Meguiars Wax on top of that. 10 coats of the polymer were applied. and 5 coats of wax! All allowed to cure out!! . The clear coat really pops. Interior has been DETAILED and treated with lexol leather CLEANER. conditioner. and all door jambs. engine bay. TRUNK etc. have been detailed. and wax applied to all hidden painted surfaces. I PROBABLY HAVE 50 HOURS IN DETAILING. I AM EXTREMELY PICKY. AND ANAL. Its a perfect car. YOU FIND A BLEMISH ANYWHERE . INSIDE OR OUT . AND ILL KNOCK 20K OFF THE PRICE. I HAVE REFERENCES OUT THE YING YANG. AND CAN PUT YOU IN TOUCH WITH MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE PURCHASED CARS FROM ME. EVEN WAXED THE WHEELS.
