TITLE: Clear title in hand and the VIN matches the car. NO DOOR DATA TAG! HISTORY: I bought the car from my car restoring friend that lives near Cincinnati. he bought it from a man in Dimondale. MI. The car looks fresh. but was re-stored a few years ago. The car has lots of upgrades. it was born with a 302 engine and now has a 390 big block. Lots of receipts come with the car. a lot of money was spent on the engine. IS THIS A RUSTY CAR? I do not consider it a rusty car!. I see no rust bubbles in the paint and I see no rusty holes on the under side. The frame extentions look real good. the bottom of the floors have been replaced. I did not see any leaks from the cowl when I washed the car. I did see some drops from the lower side of the rear window. the windows lay at a low angle and most have a weep. IS THIS A MATCHING NUMBERS CAR? No. the engine was originally a 302 and it has been up-graded to a 390 FE big block. HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its a good running 390 with reciepts showing what was done when it was rebuilt. The ignition is by MSD. the control box is under the cowl vent to keep a clean look. The radiator is a super large polished aluminum. The engine builders receipts list things like cam bushing. balancing. new pistons and on. In the reciepts are instructions on adjusting a solid lifter cam. it sound like one. I here some valve tic. Sorry. I don't know how many miles on the engine. WHAT IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its the tuff top loader 4 speed by Ford with and it has a Hurst shifter. The clutch seem fine. no slip. no chatter. WHAT IS THE REAR END? Its a 9 inch positive traction. I checked the ratio and it was 3. 25 to 1. WHAT ARE THE BRAKES? They are disc in front and drums in the rear and power assisted. HOW IS THE STEERING? The car is not power steering and it does drive good to me. WHAT ARE THE WHEELS? They are new Boss wheels with new tires. The fronts are 215/55R/17 and the rears are 255/45R/18. 17 inch front and 18 inch in the rear. WHAT IS THE EXHAUST? Its full tube headers with Flow Master mufflers. Its in good used condition. HOW ARE THE LIGHTS: Headlights work. tail lights work. turn signals work. brake lights work. over head consol lights work. HOW ARE THE GAUGES: The oil. temp and volts are mounted in the console. The dash gauges are by Scott Drake. the right one does not light up. WIPERS WORK! HEATER BLOWER WORKS! GAS GAUGE WORKS! HORN IS NOT WORKING! HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Extra good custom interior. no real wear. the seats are after market and high dollar. door panels are good. dash pad good. carpet good. head liner good. The over head console is nice. Most of the seems are what I think is called French stitching. dual row. HOW IS THE PAINT? Nice driver quality! It has a good shine. no dents. no dings. it does have a few touched up chips. I think its what they call Competition Yellor. Its good. but not perfect. if you look with a critical eye you will see a little shading. The paint looks good. its just not that perfect roll out of the trailer show queen paint job. 429 STYLE HOOD SCOUPE! WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Here in Athens. HOW IS THE CHROME? Its all good! HOW IS THE GLASS? The windshield has no cracks and no wiper marks and the other glass good. HOW IS THE SOUND SYSTEM? I consider it upper end. The radio is JVC. it has 4 speakers. a woofer in the trunk and a nice amp. the radio has a remote. THE CAR HAS FRAME CONNECTORS! This is a real good thing. it connects the rear sub-frame to the front sub-frame. It makes the car a full frame and prevents body twist. BOTTOM LINE: Please no trade offers! Look at the prices on a big block. 4 speed Fastback. They are crazy! If this car was perfect it would be priced higher. Additional Photos Warranty Information This vehicle is not a new car!
