First of all. thank you for viewing my auction. After being disappointed by all the ratty other 7. 3 Power Stroke trucks out there and looking at this one. please feel free to message me. This is a 21 day auction and it will sell and you will not find another like it. Most of my 7. 3 Power Strokes end up selling before listing ends. Whomever hits buy it now gets it immediately!! No bidding and waiting. no games. This truck is an absolute cream puff and drives absolutely exceptional. and is really nice through out!! 2 owners since new and Southern CA and AZ. garaged truck since new. It looks. starts. runs. smells. and drives like new. It is also important to mention that this is a late 99. Why would I mention this? The 99 Super Duty trucks started production as a 1999 model in February of 1998 and there were multiple changes due to problems. I am not going into every change as it will make my listing even longer (Google it). but the January 1st of 1999 and newer had all the upgrades that are really important for longevity and proper cooling. The thing that is my favorite of the 99 models is that the rear seat folds down into a shelf or bed. In 2000. Ford got rid of this feature. Suspension is tight with no wandering or looseness. brakes like new. immaculate interior and underside. Well built and thoroughly done where everything works together. No pets or children have ever been in it. There is not a nicer. 7. 3 Powerstroke available for this price. I can honestly say that. because there are none other like this truck for the $$ that is not from the rust-belt with all these upgrades. Any you find for less will have dents. leaks. scratches. banged up beds. and wear and not have the upgrades that this one has. Yes. you can buy one of these for around $15K or less with more than 200K miles. or so. but they won't be anywhere close to this truck and still will not be a garaged. immaculately maintained and upgraded like this one. If you want a project. please buy one. as this is not it. You can not even build this truck for my Buy It Now price if you already have one!! This is a 1999 F-250 4 Door Extended Cab. 8 foot Long Bed. Original rare Dark Tourmaline Metallic Clearcoat looks great. Very rare color which is a greenish blue that is not seen often. The only part of the truck that is not original paint is the upper portion of the front bumper as this truck has the very desirable 2007 front end conversion which consists of the upper and lower bumper. brackets. headlight panel. headlights. and grill. so it looks like an 07. but has the desirable 7. 3 Powerstroke and not the junk 6. 0 of the 07's. It has only been driven by mature adults and never used as a work truck or beaten up. Bed never banged up and has an original Ford Duraliner liner and 5th wheel hitch rails for any 5th wheel hitch should you choose to use and added when truck was new. All it has ever towed its whole life is a small 6800lb 5th wheel travel trailer. but can certainly tow anything you choose to. Oil changes every 3-5K miles. or once a year. what ever came first. Transmission fluid. rear end fluid. power steering fluid. and Motorcraft green coolant/distilled water are all recent. as is the serpentine belt. both batteries. and fuel filter. Filters. fluids. elt. and brakes. you can actually do yourself. unlike the new ones which require special tools that most people or local mechanic shops do no have. This truck runs and drives perfect and has no leaks. seeps. drips. or issues. THE TRUCK FIRES UP EVERY TIME. FIRST TIME. THE GLOW PLUGS AND INJECTORS HAVE ALL BEEN TESTED AND ARE WORKING PROPERLY. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO DRIVE THIS TRUCK ACROSS THE COUNTRY!! It is the nicest 7. 3 available for the money. Why save a few dollars and buy someone else's problems? This incredible F-250 truck has always been driven only on nice days since new and always garaged. All freeway miles and only on good weather trips. Even while towing. truck has been covered when parked. Always garaged and pride of ownership and maintenance shows in every aspect of this truck! Never in the snow or salt. No faded lights. or trim. like most the others out there. Underside alone speaks volumes about this truck. I own a high end Mustang shop that has been in business for 20+ years and am VERY particular with all vehicles I choose to deal with. Truck has never been abused. mudded. wrecked. raced. damaged. bumped. or driven by kids. etc. since built. All original body panels. No rust. scrapes. dents. no dents in the chrome. no curb rash on the custom Billet Specialties 17" wheels. In my 20+ years in the Mustang business. it is rare that I see or drive a nicer done truck. where someone has spent such a great deal of money. I have owned over 1000 Mustangs. Shelby's. Big Block's. Boss's. Pantera's. Saleen's. Roush's. Cobra's. Lightning's etc. mostly collector models. and rarely see a vehicle (of ANY type) kept in this condition. A customer and friend who has owned this truck since 2005 (2nd owner) came to me after a bitter divorce and asked me if I would buy it from him or he was going to trade it in to buy a new Nissan for his daughter. Even though it was an inconvenient time. I did. as at least this truck would go to someone that appreciates it. rather than going to a dealer that will just sent it to a dealer auction. or re-sell to whom-ever that has no idea of the upgrades or the truck. With my current situation. I have no time due to a new shop I am building and a concours restoration on a Shelby that has no clear end in sight. so this will either sell. or I will keep it and finish to the way I want it and keep it as is it a really nice truck that won't take much time to make exceptional. This is the perfect tow vehicle for your collector car. It tows like there is nothing behind it and turns heads where ever you go. Suspension is smooth and not bouncy or twitchy when driving down the road. or on the freeway. Truck is appraised and insured for $30K on a collector car policy and it is $460 per year for full coverage and agreed value of $30K. Most insurance companies will do the same for you and insure it as a collector vehicle and you can still tow with it!! Oil has been changed every year or 3-5000 miles which ever came first. In between oil changes. the filter has been changed with only genuine Motorcraft. Only correct 15W-40 oil used either Motorcraft or Rotella. It has always been started up and allowed to get up to operating temperature every few weeks. then driven around the block to keep all seals lubricated and to keep everything in operating condition when not taken on long trips. No power steering moan like most have. Nothing leaks. drips. or seeps. No warning lights illuminated on the cluster. Everything works as new. Has nice Pioneer speakers in all 4 doors and sounds great with 2014 model aftermarket head unit that has a CD player. aux port. remote and Bluetooth. Some of the interior pictures show the touchscreen Kenwood unit that was removed on 1-6-15 as it was having display issues. New unit installed and shown in the last pictures. No sweat marks. stains. smells. fading etc on any exterior. or interior. It really looks. drives and feels like a near new truck. Seats covered when driven and look like great. Carpets are perfect and covered since new ( I threw the floor mats out. but have covered the carpets when I have driven it ). All lights work. It starts the first time. EVERY time. Prodigy brake controller added to make any trailer you tow work like there is nothing behind you. Original seat belts are not hard as a rock like most and still supple. All retractors work properly too. You simply can NOT find one like this for the money!!! This is a one in a million truck. hands down. Again. pay a little more and get a LOT more!! Underside. and inside of wheels detailed and cleaned frequently since new as is the exterior and interior. Carpet has never been shampooed. spilled on. and still looks like new with no fading. or unraveling. Lariat duel power seats added from a 2003 model and look really nice in the same Prairie Tan. Jack. tire iron. and mounting hardware all original. never used and look new with original stickers. Just look at the pictures. they really explain this truck. hands down. better than I can. This truck is impeccable for the price. No wrecks. and no issues. Many 7. 3's with more miles and not near as clean and pride of ownership have sold in the past 6 months for close to. the same as. and more than I am asking for as my BUY IT NOW. A/C ice cold. Heat hot. Brakes and suspension like new. No gear noise. slips. or issues. Care has always been taken with this truck. which is very evident in the pictures. Ford bed liner is perfect with no gouges or scratches on bed or tailgate. If you know 7. 3's. you know what a find this truck is!! Ice cold A/C as stated before. Does not run hot when A/C is on. Belt does not moan or squeal like some do with the AC on. Does not overheat even in 110+ degree weather. Coolant changed every 2 years with proper Ford Motorcraft green coolant. distilled water. and Ford diesel additive even when driven little. The truck was let idle for 45 minutes in 110 degree heat this summer and did not get 1/3 way on the temperature gauge. It was then driven to make sure there were no issues. or vibrations. no problems. No exhaust leaks. Sounds fantastic with absolutely no odd noises or issues! Does have a full stainless aftermarket exhaust installed a few years ago that gives the truck better gas mileage and a deeper tone with out being loud and dumps before rear axle with turn down tip. Has no problems starting in cold weather either. It is very powerful and sounds great. Most of these trucks don't drive as good as they look. this one absolutely does! I have owned 16 Super Duty 7. 3 Powerstroke diesels over the years. and unfortunately 3 6. 0 and 6. 4's. 2 V10's (horrible engines!!). and quite a few Lightnings. and this truck runs. sounds and drives better than most of them. honestly. plus doesn't cost a fortune to maintain like the newer diesels. It is simple and easy to maintain and does not have tons of sensors like the new ones that go out and are very expensive to replace. Comes from the factory with no catalytic converter. no diesel particulate filter. and all the other power robbing. expensive to maintain items on the 04+ diesels!! You are basically looking at a near new truck for 1/4 the price (comparable truck actually $65K+ for a new junk diesel!!) of a comparable new one with out all the issues of the new ones and $20K in tasteful upgrades. Truck is meant to be driven and enjoyed. It drives VERY well. No hesitations. back-fires. pops. squeaks. and is not all over the road like most. Looks. drives and feels like a new truck. You will not find a nicer properly upgraded 7. 3 Powerstroke for the money!! The suspension is responsive and tight. steering is tight. and transmission is tight with no slippage or delayed shifts. Fully upgraded transmission was done 28K miles ago with upgraded internals and torque converter with a shift kit. The stock 4R100 transmission was the weak link on the 7. 3's. but no worries with this one as this expensive upgrade is already done!! 10" Superlift lift. pitman arm. leaf springs. heim joint chrome moly chrome traction bars. and steering stabilizers/brackets. $8K in Fox adjustable shocks with AN fittings and reservoirs. Billet Specialties 17" wheels with Toyo Open Country 335/70R17 tires (35") Rear tires have around 65% tread remaining. while fronts should be replaced soon due to poor alignment from another truck (truck had 38's on it on other wheels and tires that have been sold) . The reason I did not replace them is buyer may choose to lower the truck or go with bigger tires. With current lift. 40" tires will fit. If lowered 2" you can still fit 38" tires on these wheels and it will look better. I think it looks ridiculous with 35's and such a huge lift. Expensive FOX shocks will still work fine if you lower it 2" with different rear blocks and different front shackles (around $300) if you choose to do so. Upgraded inter cooler boots. Billet door handles. tailgate handle. antennae. and drop hitch with lock. Locking gas cap. Chrome underside components (shackles. steering components. and traction bars). gas tank door. and bumper tow hooks. Front and rear powdercoated front and rear. extra capacity. differential covers with polished fins. Amazing Edge Evolution cab adjustable multiple setting tuner with read outs mounted on dash (instructions in glove box). Unbelievable power on all settings!! 4'' turbo back straight pipe exhaust. APE air intake system with washable filter (brand new filter). Windows are also tinted with titanium top of the line tint. All exterior emblems removed and chromed. Original Ford bedliner. Aftermarket Viper alarm that locks and unlocks doors and has a starter kill and paging feature that you can program to page your phone if it goes off. Has 3. 73 Limited Slip. Also Prodigy a brake controller for trailer brakes. Brakes are adjusted properly. and it stops very well and straight. Does not wander. shimmy. or have wind noise. even at 85 MPH on the freeway. There is not a nicer. right mileage. best year 7. 3 Powerstroke out there for this low of a price anywhere! Never abused and was never a daily driver (even when new it has been a multiple owned vehicle). All work has been professionally done on this truck since new and over $20K has been spent on the best components available for a very well balanced truck. Has been garaged its whole life and babied. It is VERY powerful. reliable. and nothing has been overlooked for longevity. tastefulness. and durability. You won't find a nicer truck for the price. anywhere!! You are better off getting one of these trucks that have been driven. properly broken in. and properly maintained than one with super low miles that has not been properly stored or has dried up seals because of incorrect storage and maintenance. Nothing leaks or seeps on this truck (even rear main seal doesn't seep) and it burns no oil. Starts right up. first time. every time. Idles smoothly with nice deep exhaust tone. No hesitations. Very smooth power. Gets great MPG too. 18+ MPG in town. and 20+ MPG on the freeway driving easy. If you set the cruise at 2250 RPM (7. 3's sweet spot) on level ground it will get 20-23+ MPG!! Brakes front and rear are firm and recently done. 4 wheel disc on all 4 wheels. ABS works like it should. Power assist works as it should. No shimmies. squeaks. or pulls when you step on the brakes. Parking brake works perfectly. Fresh Motorcraft 75-140 synthetic fluid with friction modifier in both differentials. U joints tight. Transmission fluid and filter also just done and look like new inside. Both cooling system green coolant and distilled water/Ford additive new. Brake fluid also flushed and refreshed (every 2 years) and when brakes were done recently (originals lasted until 137K. so you can tell how this truck has been driven). As I said before. ALL fluids and filters have always been changed well before needed!! Carpet. seats. and original console covered when driven. Ashtray and cigarette lighter never used. not even for coins or junk to mar the ashtray. Cup holder is not broken like most and pops out of dash correctly. No rattles or wind noise!! Console flips up for a sixth person to sit on center seat and there is an extra seat belt. Truck will seat 6 comfortably and rear seats fold down for extra storage in the cab which is great as a storage bench or a bed!! I know I keep saying it. you will not find a nicer 7. 3 for the money!! Look at the undersides on others for sale (if they even have underside pictures) they are usually rusty. oily. and filthy. interiors worn and dirty. worn seats. beat up beds. and the engine boxes look awful with all aluminum corroded etc etc. Please take the time to look at my 150+ pictures and you will see the difference between this truck and the others out there for sale. Amazingly clean from top to bottom. No surprises or disappointments with this truck. Original paint shines like new and has been waxed regularly and always garaged. Much more durable than today's water base paints. Look at the reflections. Never been put on a lift incorrectly. never been bottomed out. Door jambs. engine box. wheels. underside. and bed also kept clean and waxed. Look at the underside and frame rails. Many original markings still present along with several original stickers. Never a bent body panel. floor pan. or frame rail and never any body damage. All original Ford Carlite tinted privacy glass. Windshield is original Ford Carlite and has a minor rock chip that you won't most likely notice unless I point it out (above line of sight and would not show up in any pictures I tried to take of it). Truck has 3 dings that paint less dent can easily remove and you would most likely not notice them if I didn't tell you and they too would not show up in the pictures (all 3 on driver's side doors). No dents. or scrapes. There are 2 scratches that I can think off also. one on the passenger's side rear bed side near the rear bumper that shows up in a few pictures a little larger than a pencil eraser and has been touched up. and another on the rear tail gate to the left of the handle. which has also been touched up with original Ford Touch up paint. Hood also has a faded area on a 12" by 7" area on the very rear. which can be handled with a scuff and shoot of clear coat if it bothers you. Hard to see unless you are looking over the truck and at the hood. You can't see it from inside. Those are all the flaws I can think of and I am VERY picky. The truck is nicer. drives much better. and way better maintained and kept well detailed over any other 7. 3 out there in this price range. Again. please take the time to look at the 150+ detailed pictures. I. unlike most. disclose anything and everything I can see. or think of and am very picky of any vehicle I choose to deal with. Truck is very clean through out and a thrill to drive. More reliable and durable than all the new diesels out there with out all the maintenance nightmares of the new ones. Google the 7. 3 Powerstroke and you will see that they are considered the BEST diesel ever put in a truck! The 99. 5 and 00 7. 3's are known to be the best years too engine wise as it has the most durable engine with the forged connecting rods. in early 2001 Ford/Navistar switched to powdered metal rods to save money which won't take increased boost levels like the forged rod engines. I know these 7. 3's very well as I have owned quite a few over the years and my shop works on them often. even for the Ford dealers. Look at the others out there for sale. they don't compare to this one at all. You get what you pay for. Ask questions if you have them if you are serious. I am very easy to seal with. Truck is VERY clean top to bottom. Steering wheel is clean and airbag pad is not warped. Horn works perfect. All power options work perfect. Windows smoothly glide up and down with no clunks or skips. Power door locks work like they should. 2 keys and 1 gas key. 1 remote for Viper alarm. Aftermarket extra-cost keyless entry/alarm with starter kill that works great. No wind noise or leaks when truck is washed. Doors close tightly. Speedometer works perfect and doesn't bounce or stick like most. All gauges work perfectly and are accurate. All lights work both interior and exterior. Interior shots. I disconnected batteries. while it was being detailed. ut they work just fine. Also. spots on the cement under and in front of truck is just water as truck was just washed before pictures taken and when I moved the truck across the street to take the pictures. some water dripped from just been washed. Truck just turned 154K miles. which is just breaking in for a well maintained 7. 3. Last oil change 3 weeks ago. These 7. 3 Powerstrokes are well known to be the best diesel ever installed in a truck and are often called the "million mile motor''. With proper maintenance there are quite a few out there with even more than than 1 million miles!! Ford has not been able to produce a diesel since even close to a 7. 3. and the others (Dodge and GM) may have OK diesel engines. the trucks that the engines were in can't seem to stay together!! All lock cylinders are original to the truck and work smoothly with no binds. Look at how well all the body panels and windows line up!! All original trim. lights and emblems ( were chrome plated all the way around) are in excellent condition and not faded or deteriorating like most others. Every correct clip. nut. bolt. rivet. plug. sticker. rubber bumper. etc is correct on this truck!! This is not a clean up and sell. everything is as correct as possible and has been since new. Care. thought. a huge amount of time. passion. and attention to detail is present on every aspect of this truck and has always been babied. detailed frequently. and waxed often. Always kept indoors. Very hard to find combo too. with the long bed and super cab . so it's perfect for hauling things while still easy to park and maneuver while taking the whole family not only in comfort. but know you will get there!! Transmission is smooth as silk with no grinds and upgraded already so there is no worry of issues with it like the others out there where the transmission hasn't been addressed. Truck is very easy to drive. It is much more solid feeling than the newer trucks. easy to maneuver and park. more comfortable. and does not have all the sensors. particulate filters. and maintenance of the new diesels. You will not find a nicer one for the money that is this nice and to this caliber of detail and pride of ownership! These 7. 3 Powerstroke's are very hard to find in nice shape as most were used as work trucks. or driven in salty. rust belt areas and are all rusted up. In summary: EVERYTHING works!! No burnt out bulbs anywhere. even the back-up lights and dash lights work. This F250 runs and drives excellent and has never been abused. There are no odd odors. odd rattles. or odd noises. You can drive this truck anywhere. Mileage may also vary minimally as truck may be driven for test drives and/or inspections and I do drive it sometimes. Please feel free to ask questions and I will answer promptly. This is not your average $15K 7. 3 truck that you can find that needs $10K+ worth of work and still won't be as nice as this one. This F-250 is a no excuse. honest truck. that needs nothing to enjoy as it is. It will only continue to go up in value if kept in this condition. Vehicles such as this from my experience are a much more solid investment than the stock market. Clean 7. 3 Powerstrokes have been going UP in value due to all the terrible new diesels out there now. In the past 6 moths alone. 7. 3's have increased in value by 60%. People consider the 7. 3 Powerstroke to be the best diesel ever installed in a truck in the history of trucks!! The nice ones will keep going up in value when in the condition and desirability of this one. Remember. you get what you pay for. this truck does not need much to be perfect. The paint and color combination is simply stunning and the options and updates make it a pleasure to drive and it turns heads where ever you go. No excuses. issues. or stories.
