2007 Ford Focus 3-door hatchback 5 speed manual

You are bidding on a 2007 Ford Ford Focus ZX3. This rare configuration of 3-door hatchback SE with a 2. 0L engine and 5-speed manual transmission. The car has approx 133. 00 miles and I am still randomly driving it to work. I recently bought this car from my wife's cousin who lost his license after his second DUI and needs the money. The car has recently undergone some repair work: we replaced the clutch and slave cylinder (on trans). both front lower control arms. front brake pads and rotors. thermostat and coolant flush. alignment. trans fluid exchange. and power steering fluid exchange. rear ABS tone ring and of course an oil change. Everything on the car works EXCEPT THE CRUISE CONTROL. No check engine lights and the car gets great gas mileage down the highway. The tires are in good shape and the tread is approx 50% or better. The car is factory equipped with the 6-disc CD radio. This car has the 4 wheel ABS system. This car has the later style 2. 0L engine that utilizes a timing chain instead of the timing belt so that maintenance item has been eliminated. Now for the negatives. there are several scratches. nicks and dents on the body due to him taking the car to job-sites. I have tried to document them with the pictures best I could. There are some flaws in the seats with a tear in the passenger front and a cigarette burn in the back seat. Both of them have been documented in the pictures. For some reason the cruise control doesn't work either. The back hatch has had a topical repaint at some point. I believe one of the front wheel bearings is starting to make some noise as well. I have tried to document the vehicle to the best of my knowledge. I am open to any questions you may have so PLEASE ASK THEM. I can take additional pictures if you would like.
