1998 Ford Mustang Saleen S-281. Car #88 of 185 Saleens produced in 1998. Ultra White with Saddle Interior. 4. 6L Single overhead cam V8. Automatic Transmission. This particular Saleen with a White Exterior. Tan interior. and very rare Automatic transmission make this car a One of a Kind (1of 1) for 1998. I have a letter from Saleen stating this (pictured). i have the Original Window sticker from Ford. the original window sticker from Saleen and other brochures as well as a Clean Carfax report. The glovebox was also signed by Steve Saleen himself at a carshow. All of the factory Saleen goodies are present. S281 floor mats. Borla catback exhaust with the machine gun tips. Saleen Speedline wheels finished in White. all saleen plaques are present. saleen gauges. s281 rear spoiler. racecraft lowering springs along with saleen racecraft shocks and struts. The Saleen has recently recieved an oil change. new drilled and slotted rotors front and rear. front sway bar links/bushings. Nitto 555 Front tires. and Nankang NS Rear tires (275/35/18 all 4 corners). Brand new coil packs. wires. and spark plugs. nbsp; The car runs and shifts very well. no slipping or hard shifting from the transmission. the heat is hot. all power options work. the cd player works. the factory paint and body kit are in very nice condition for its age with only minor blemishes. the graphics are all in very nice condition. the seats are in excellent condition with no rips or tears or excessive wear. the leather is soft and not all dried out. the Saleen turns heads everywhere i take it. i would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. Areas that need attention- I hear a clunk in the front on certain bumps. all bushings and links in the front are new and i just don't know what the sound is. the car still retains the original Saleen Racecraft struts and i refuse to replace them as i like the fact that they are original but i do not think they are bad just mentioning this noise. the Check engine light is on due to the EGR tube being removed as a pin hole leak was found in the tube and a delete plate was added. The car has all factory catalytic converters present. and it is unmodified besides the factory Saleen modifications. I also have the factory headlights and they will be included in the sale if the tinted headlights are not desired.
