I bought the truck for the purpose of making one trip per weekend with a fifth wheel camper. Immediately after I purchased it. I decided that I would replace the entire exhaust from the manifolds back. As soon as I did that. oil came past the rings in the pistons. I had the money for a new motor and was in Harrison Michigan. Tag's Automotive is a very good garage that found me a newer motor just put in a case from a 1997 F350. It only had 94. 00 miles on it and I took it at the price of $1. 00 plus $700 and some change to do the work. Now I had a new motor and exhaust. I love the truck. It rides very nice. Seats are in great shape except for a small one inch tear over on the passenger side. Air and Heat freeze and cook you out. Runs quiet. Has plenty of pull. All highway miles. Needs seatbelt fixed and driver door bushing and inside handle. Bed is in good condition with a hard plastic lining. Wheel wells have begun to rust around the edges and could use a $300 set of thick wheel lips. I am off the road and no longer need it. Hard letting go to a truck that has another 100K + miles left on'er though. I love the dual fuel tanks.
