2001 Ford F250 7.3 Power stroke Lifted on 20s

Up for sale is a 2001 Ford F-250. It has approximately 7" of lift on 37" tires on 20" wheels. The truck had new ball joints within the last few thousand miles. Tires have plenty of life left in them probably 75%+. 7. 3 Powerstroke runs great and has some upgrades done by the previous owner. Bigger turbo. built transmission and more. Have a folder full of receipts for everything the previous owner did. The only bad parts of the truck are the tear in the drivers seat and the rust. All damage I could find is pictured. I am listing the truck for my brother who is in the Army so I will have to contact him with questions that I cant answer. He just bought a newer truck and doesnt have room for both so this one has to go. Mileage will be slightly higher as it is still being driven occasionally.
