Modified 1995 Ford Taurus SHO

Up for sale is my 1995 Ford Taurus SHO. It has a 3. 2 Liter Yamaha engine with an automatic transmission. 170. 00 miles. Up to date on all scheduled maintenance. Timing belt. water pump. crank position sensor. cam position sensor. serpentine belt. rebuilt alternator. valve cover gaskets. spark plugs and wires. silicone vacuum lines. rod bearings and oil pan gasket all recently replaced. Transmission rebuilt by Doug Lewis of Ford Performance Specialists. Has tokico struts and eibach lowering springs. 17x7. 5" American Racing wheels with 225/45/ZR17 high performance tires. In fender K&N high performance filter. Dynomax high flow catback exhaust system. Front brakes from a Gen III SHO (11. 6") with stainless braided hoses all around. GTP adjustable rear control arms with a center h-brace for stability. Custom two tone leather interior. (very nice!)Carbon fiber cowl induction hood and carbon fiber trunk lid with carbon fiber spoiler. Sony Xplod CDX-GT61UI Stereo with aux input. usb input and ipod adapter. Custom kick panel speakers. White faced gauges. Hard button Electronic Climate Control Unit. Reinforced motor mounts. Known issues with the car: The ABS light is on periodically with codes for the right rear wheel speed sensor. The check engine light will come on every once in awhile with a code for the EGR sensor. The tires have lots of tread on them. but they are cupping and are noisy. As seen in pictures. the carbon fiber hood has been damaged and someone tried to repair the hole in it. The trunk lid is warped and will leak as it doesn't seal very well. Body is not perfect. has some dings and scratches to be expected of a 20 year old car. Car is still a blast to drive. and I've had no problems with it at all. Would make a great toy or project car. It is a fun car that will give someone years of enjoyment. Is very powerful and fast and would make a great starting point for a custom cruiser or a fast race car. or even a show car with a little tlc.
