The car has a clear title. We are currently awaiting the title back from the DMV. as the insurance company had to send it in. Title should be available by end of the auction. If it is back yet it will be sent over immediately upon recieving it. AS IS DAMAGE DISCLOSURE We are the original owners of the vehicle and it has never went through an auction. The car is being sold "as is"damaged with a salvage title. This wrecked vehicle we are selling has been crashed and is still assembled. there are components that maybe damaged that we can not see. We have started and driven the vehicle. We do our best to specify which parts are damaged and if the vehicle has frame or structure damage.
