Description

For sale is a very nice 2 owner 2001 F250 Lariat Crew Cab 2WD. Very low miles for the year model at 113K which is roughly 8K per year. This truck spent it's entire life in Southern California until I purchased it in 2014. It has been used as a third vehicle for me as my car hauler. This is probably one of thenicest 2001 F250 for sale hereor anywhere else for that matter. The V-10 provides plenty of smooth effortless power for whatever your needs are. I have owned 3 of these V-10 powered vehicles and may be one of the best engines Ford ever made in my opinion.

The truck is drives tight, C is ice cold and everythinglike cruise, tereo, oweritemsfunctions as it should. Wear items like brakes and tires are good with about 70% tread on tires. Known flaws are a horizontal crack in the windshield above the rear view mirror. There is a small 2 inch long tear in the rear seat cushion. Looks like it was accidentally cut and not from wear. The center arm rest/console trim has pulled away from the base. Take a look at the pictures and I think you will agree that this is one of the nicest Lariat interiors around for a truck of this age. Most trucks you see of this vintage usually look pretty tattered and worn. The dash, arpet, oor panels all look perfect.

The truck is very reliable and I wouldn't be afraid to drive it anywhere. The only mechanical item to report is a slight vibration under hard braking. Looks like it has had new brake pads and I suspect that the rotors were not turned. Other than that it is a pleasure to drive and very comfortable. It is alsohasplenty of torque to tow just about anything. Yes, as mileage isn't great ( but not nearly as bad as some would have you believe) but you can buy a lotof gas with the money you save over buying the same vintage Powerstroke diesel. This truck would probably go for over $20K if it had the diesel.
