(JAYCO is no longer doing camper conversions, ut similar companies are charging 25K and upjust for the conversion package alone with parts and labor. Comparable conversion camper vans start at approximately 50K+ brand new.)
ENGINE:
5.4 V8 gas engine and an automatic transmission that runs excellent. We researched this engine and if maintained properly, an last over 600K miles. In addition to many NYC/Chicago taxi cabs having this engine with 400K+ miles, e found a Ford E250 Cargo van that had been hauling loads every week and lasted over 1 million miles, o this engine is built to last. No noticeable rust (see pictures for details) and all recent maintenance and work done is listed below. Current mileage is 114,691 as noted above.
DESIGN:: MAXIMUM SPACE + UTILITY + STORAGE + COMFORT
You will be hard pressed to find a van conversion in this market segmentwith such a beautiful, lexible, unctional design that maximizes space and fuel efficiency.

Fits in a regular size parking space - PARK anywhere!! Stand UP, alk, tretch and do a yoga pose. Or pull the pleated blinds and take a snooze on a large and wide size leather bed that converts from bench seats that accommodate 6 passengers (with additional storage capacity underneath).This functional designhas an easy slide out option that only takes a tip of the seat and into a very comfortable foam filled leather bed. When your rest is complete, ou simply slide seats back up and you have bench seating (where a table can be added for eating, orking or playing cards.)

Holes are drilled/installed for a table - but did not come with the van. A marine supply store will be able to provide an appropriate table for the holes/metal plates already installed.

What makes this camper van especially unique is you get SPACE and STORAGE without lots of heavy wood cabinet frames taking up all of the room (onlysolid wood oncabinet face)- so the gas mileage is surprisingly good for it's size (est 15-18 mpg). Most materials are lightweight to maximize fuel efficiency. Most of all you get much more space than typical conversion vans of it's class (which are normally filled with bulky wide cabinets and narrow openings, ike the Roadtrek or Pleasure-way). This extended cargo van is efficiently designed to give you a maximum amount of room, pen air feeling with lots of windows (but with tinted for privacy and draw pleated shades that fit closely to the window).

Note the extra floor space you have upon entry - perfect for stretching, dding sleeping bags for kids or setting up a covered tailgating space. (Additional seat can also be installed, s the plate is installed in the floor -but did not come with the van.)

Perfect sized Kitchenette with sink, ot plate, ini-refrigerator, verhead microwave and cabinet with shelves for food storage.

Extended Cargo Van layout allows for a bathroom toilet where it should be - in the very back of the van. Much nicer design, han the camper vans that have it right in the middle. There is a curtain rod that optionally goes across of the back of the cargo area with thick velvet curtains included for privacy. Plastic storage bins are included, ut you can easily remove and replace with a new set or use for stowing luggage. Or you could add a portable shower in the back, nd open the back doors to shower outside in remote camping locations.

Overhead rear duo thermo air conditioning system - very expensive roof air that works great. There is a generator hookup, xterior 110V plug with cord. Just park in your favorite rv park, lug it into their power outlet and enjoy air conditioning or heating -along with the appliances, uch as the microwave or hotplate. Or add a portable solar power generator system for more remote camping and stay off grid. Please note, generator is not included.
Flat Screen TV with built in DVD player and an old school VCR in the left hand stow cabinet (which could be replaced with additional audio features or used for storage.)
TV has it's own antenna plus outside hook up for satellite reception if provided by your rv park.

Color Rear View Camera - makes backing up super easy. But, amper drives very well and most get used to driving a larger vehicle within 2-3 hours.

Roof ventilation van that is electric or you can hand crank open, hen van is parked for nice air flow while sleeping. Or use while cooking- simply press a button and the opening opens and the fan comes on.

Small cosmetic defects on outside and inside of the van. Besides a few small dents on front bumper and side panel dent -they are not very noticeable. Please see pictures, ut not all paint chips, r interior imperfections are shown, ue to limit on pictures.
