1999 Mustang Anniversary Edition. Low Miles! 5 Speed Manual. Blown Head Gasket

This is a 1999 Mustang. PLEASE NOTE THIS VEHICLE IS NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING. Mechanic thinks it may have a blown head gasket. This purchase is AS IS.
The Good:
*Low Miles
*Clean Engine
*Dual Flowmaster Exhaust (Dual pipes)
*Racing Pedals from Americanmuscle.com
*Anniversary Rims (Look Good!)
*Replaced Serpentine Belt
*Replaced Oil Filter (Less than 300 miles ago)
*Modified the fake hood vent so it now takes in air. (Mustang V6s come with fake hood scoops, made it so it works)
*V6 Engine
*Manual Transmission (Now working great!)
*Tires changed (Less than 500 Miles ago for front) (Less than 50 Miles ago for back) (Lots of tread left)
*Title in hand
*Inside is clean!
*Black paneling accent on the back!
*Black Lettering
*Brand New Left Headlight
*Well maintained once in my hands.
The Bad:
*Doesn't Work! Blown Head Gasket! (May have other issues from this)
*Ding in the passengers side door from the previous owner.
*Front bumper has a small crack underneath
*Spoiler has a small crack underneath (You can't see it unless you tilt your head down and look under the spoiler)
*Paint is fading slightly but doesn't look bad!
*I removed the bumper and took off the paint, he paint was bad on the front from the previous owners. Its now not painted and black. (Still in good condition, just removed the paint)
*Second gear works much better than it used to. THE TRANSMISSION IS NOT THE PROBLEM, t is a little rubber piece in the shifter that is worn out.
