We're selling our 2000 Ford Econoline Wagon E-350 EXT Super Duty. This model is the extended cab (232 inches in length) with a 5.4 Liter Triton V8 engine (hauls butt). We purchased the van in 2012 and have only put 25,000 miles on it in our three years of owning it (vast majority highway miles; previous owner traveled similarly and put mainly highway miles on it). We've also put a lot of care and maintenance into it. In addition to high mileage oil changes every 3,000 miles the van has had lots of TLC. Here is a list of new parts (by date):
3/24/2015: Mass air flow meter, uel system kit, xle seal, ynthetic differential fluid, ear and front brake pads, ear and front brake rotors, way bar bushings, amber/caster adjuster kit, ront and rear shocks, ight and left rear brake calipers ($3,330.15 worth of work from Sun Auto in Georgetown, eceipt available)
9/19/2014: Rear door latch, ear door handle, witch, ide inner door actuator assembly, ruise control cable ($1,333.64 worth of work from Sun Auto in Georgetown, eceipt available)
9/2014: Battery ($110 from Wal Mart, nder warranty)
8/30/2014: Radiator, hermostat, wo intake crossovers ($937.10 worth of work from Klingemann Car Care in Austin, eceipt available)
6/4/2014: Trailer tow package added ($238 worth of work from U-Haul in Austin)
4/16/2013: A/C vacuum pump, oses ($664.89 worth of work from Leif Johnson Ford in Austin, eceipt available)
Total work (not including tires, ew brake lights, indshield wipers, nd oil changes etc.): $6,613.78
All work was done in the Austin/Georgetown area and receipts that contain applicable warranties will be provided. It's a fantastic van for anybody who needs a great combination of power, argo, nd passenger room!
Notes: Good tires on the van that were recently rotated. There is an after-market CD player installed. The van has a few cosmetic signs of wear and tear that can be expected, ut nothing that is functionally relevant. Most significant cosmetic damage is red/yellow paint scrape above the back right tire. The windshield is cracked, nd was purchased that way in 2012, ut none of the lines have ran in the past 3 years, or has it been an issue with inspection. There is an awesome spare tire that comes with it (we purchased), ut the van needs a spare tire carrier, hich can be purchased for less than $100 from RockAuto.com (we just carried the tire in the back). When we bought the van, he 2nd, th, nd 5th rows of seats were removed for cargo/leg room. We don't have the seats (never did) but they are readily available on the internet. The cargo area is flush with the ground, o there are no mounts sticking up to limit or potentially damage cargo.
We relied on this van to take us and our gear on the road, o we treated it right! With proper standard maintenance, ou should be able to get MANY more miles out of it.
