1963 FORD GALAXIE 500--390 cubic inch

1963 Ford Galaxie 500 2-door hardtop, ith known history since new. Under 56,000 original miles, ust free with one repaint.Runs and drives great. I have spent $thousands refurbishing this car as follows: new aluminum radiator, eater core, orgeson power steering unit, tilt column, ood steering wheel, ront disk brakes, ower brake booster, eat upholsteryand front door panels, ill plates, un visors, &M shifter, runk floor mat, -joints, uel line, rake lines, love box liner, runk weather stripping, enerator, tarter and Edelbrock 600 cfm carburetor. The 2" exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers is near new as are the American aluminum wheels and matching tires. The 390 cubic inch engine was checked out andrefreshed by pulling the intake manifold and pan, nd installing all new gaskets, lugs, lug wires etc., nbsp;and the transmission was rebuilt.The engine starts easily, s very smooth and has lots of power. The gas tank was pulled, leaned and painted with Eastwood's tank tone. All work has been professionally done.

The paint and trim are nice, ut I consider them driver quality. The headliner is beautiful, ut thecarpet has some stains and could use replacement or colored floor mats. The trunk compartmentis like new. The underside has not been detailed, ut there is only light surface rust. There are a few tiny paint bubbles on the lip of the hood, utthey werecaused by inadequate paint prep, nd not rust (they barely show). The original radio and clock do not work, nd I have not tried to determine why. This is a car that is ready to drive and enjoy for years to come.
