Known problems: rear fuel tank leaks, haven't used it in a year or two because of that fuelgaugedoesn't work - started out an intermittent problem about 3 months ago, ow it doesn't work at all leaks oil, ot sure where from, ut there is a lot all over the bottom of engine. Never any puddle on ground though. smokes bluish white when first started until warms up - I think it needs new injectors steering is very loose, think most or all of the looseness is coming from the steering column. All the other steeringcomponentshave been replaced in the last couple years. various dents and dings throughout the entire body both mirrors are in poor condition and need replacement small spots of rust here and there, lthough the underbody / frame are justbeginningto show signs of rust - if I was going to keep the truck I would have it undercoated I installed the cab lights on top myself and didn't seal up around the holes well enough - water got under the lights and those are some of the worst spots of rust on the truck around all 5 lights In 2010 or 2011 I hit some ice on a freeway exit ramp and slid off into a sign. The sign went down along the driver's side of the truck between the rear door and front of the bed. I took to a local Ford dealer to have repaired. It looked great for a year then the bondo they used started to crack so I took it back. They fixed it again and it looked great for another year then it started to crack again. I gave up and that's just how it is now. I no longer do business with that dealer. Two or three years ago I was on the freeway in Chicago when the left rear tire blew out. It dented the wheel well around it. Also a couple years ago I t-boned someone at 25mph when they ran a stop sign and I couldn't stop soon enough. Took it to a different body shop and got a new bumper and grille and minor work to the front of the hood. That work looks great. Has part of a gooseneck ball in bed. It's been there since I bought it. I couldn't get it out for anything so I cut it off with a bandsaw. There's a rubber bed mat over it and you barely notice it. Tailgate is heavily dented from the inside - I bought the truck that way. I think someone probably dropped something heavy on it once. Last fall I ran into someone on the passenger side - it dented both passenger side doors. We were at a stop sign, raffic cleared, hey started to turn right. I was looking left to see if traffic was still clear as I rolled forward. While I was looking left I ran the right side of my truck into the left rear corner of theirs because they stopped (for no apparent reason.) The power door locks and power windows barely function. The driver's window rolls up and down fine. The front passenger's window rolls up and down from the driver's controls only. The rear windows don't go down.
Also included with truck: 7.5' Western Uni-Mount snow plow - starting to get holes rusting through in moldboard, usty overall, eeds new cutting edge. Has handheld control. Functions perfectly though. Once in a while it will move slow, ust add some ATF to it and it will work great again (I've only had to do that once or twice per season.) Stock grille (has aftermarket grille currently) Crossover toolbox currently installed, lso 2 matching side boxes included - tool boxes have drilled holes all over and are in fair condition, ut they are aluminum boxes Spray in bed liner - in good condition Assorted small parts. I have a small pile of stuff for it. Nothing special. Stock air box will be included.Ranchhand brush guard (not pictured, ot installed)
