It became so popular it's one of the most recognized muscle cars of all time! Most classic car enthusiasts would love to have an Eleanor in their garage and the owner of Cohasset Collision was one of those people. Cohasset Collision has a great reputation and is known for doing great body work. Every few years they restore a classic vehicle. They just don't do a restoration to sell it as there isn't any profit in it. They do it for the challenge to build something that's over the top! Everything was fit to perfection prior to adding the Eleanor body kit. This was a quality body kit purchased from Mustangs to Fear located in Rochester, N. Over $14,000.00 was spent on parts with Mustangs to Fear! Tons of work goes into the Eleanor body kit to make it fit properly. The body gaps are about as perfect as you get can with the fiberglass Eleanor body kit. The gaps on this car are amazing and the hood, oors and trunk lid open and close excellent. The front nose and lower rocker moldings were sectioned in pieces rather than molding everything together so if any damage happened down the road they could be repaired more easily. Once everything was molded the body was worked to be as straight as possible. The body on this car is extremely straight and the fit and finish is incredible. Under the hood rough fiberglass was completely worked and smoothed for a clean look which took many hours. The engine compartment firewall was worked since it would be painted high gloss black. The car was then put on a rotisserie and the undercarriage was worked since it would also be painted high gloss black. Once again, f you look at other Eleanor replicas most of them don't have detailed engine compartments or undercarriages! The exterior Pepper Gray Metallic paint on this car is truly stunning.
