Ford 2002 Escape -- needs work

This 2002 Ford Escape XLT4 wheel drive is in good shape body-wise with no rust or damage to the exterior. Air conditioning and automatic transmission are okay,has a 3.0 motor,but there is a hole in the driver's seat. The brakes need extensive work done and there is a power steering leak, therwise the car runs strong. Payment for this used vehicle is expected within 5 days of auction completion. Purchaser is responsible for picking up or transporting the vehicle after payment is received.
