Through and through this Expedition is in fantastic shape and Carfax clean with no accidents. Mechanically sound with no engine knocks, moke, r grabs. The transmission with overdrive shifts fluently through all 6 gears. The brakes are in good condition with no slips. The 20" chrome wheels are in great condition along with the Cooper Discovery 275/55R20 tires. There are a couple of touched up scratches on the paint (see pictures). The interior is in excellent shape with no tears, urns, r stains anywhere on the two-tone leathers seats or carpet. All the electronics from the DVD system to the power 3rd row seats and lift gate are in working order. The climate controlled front seats can generate a/c and heat right where you need it on long road trips with the family. Rubber floor mats were chosen with this vehicle so clean ups are a breeze. Terms of Sale:

We are a wholesale dealership that has been making honest deals for over 25 years. We are a firm believer in trying to provide an honest car at a great price. Every effort has been made to properly represent the vehicles that are listed. We attempt to list all information that is known about the vehicle. Please understand that all “used” vehicles have parts that are subject to fail and will have normal wear including scratches and dings depending upon the vehicles year and miles. These vehicles are “used” and should not be thought of as “new”.

Payment Methods:

Cash(in-person only), ertified check, ank wire transfer, r 3rd party financing. We do not offer financing. Payment must be made in full with in 7 days of the close of the auction. The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility.

Deposit:

To secure the vehicle the winning bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction.

Non-Paying Bidder:

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of the auction or the vehicle has not been paid in full with in 7 days after the close of the auction then we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to another qualified buyer. Non-paying bidder will also be assessed the listing and re-listed fee.

Additional Fees & Taxes:

We are a wholesale dealer who does not believe in charging CASH buyers any additional documentation fees. If any sort of financing is used a $199 document fee will be assessed. A 9.3% Sales tax and title/registration fees will be accessed to all Arizona residents and or customers who plan on registering the vehicle in the State of Arizona with in 365 days of the purchase date. All out of state customers are responsible for all city, ounty, tate taxes and fees as well as title and registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for the all of the shipping charges. The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility to be transported. Upon request we will assist our customers in locating a reasonable transporter. Once the vehicle has left our facility we assume no responsibility to damages left to the vehicle.

Warranty:

All vehicles are sold “as is” with no warranty or guaranties. We do not offer any sort of warranties that can be purchased. A manufacturers warranty may still apply. An extended warranty may be purchased through the Manufacturer or a third party agency.
