1957 Ford Thunderbird V8 312 HP

Beautiful 1957 Ford Thunderbird. This car is equipped with a 312 V8 Single 4 BBL Carb (D code) paired to an automatic transmission. I purchased the car in July 2013 and was told it was restored in the 1980's. Within the past 2 years the following has been done on the car: new exhaust system, ew gas tank, ew shocks, ires, rakes and shoes, ebuilt transmission, ew electrical wiring, eplaced chrome grill and other trim work, ew carpet, nd trunk. Paint is in good condition for its age, ith some blemishes.. Car has a white soft top behind the seat which is in very good condition and a hard top which is in need of new gaskets (comes with hardtop stand for storage). Hard top has no portholes (see pictures). Car has No power steering and No power brakes. Does have power windows but driver side window difficult to raise. All instrumentation works excellent, are runs great and is an eye catcher. Interior is excellent as is the trunk. Original 1957 complete jack included. Has fender skirts but left side is in need ofrestoration. Car was just serviced in March 2015 with oil change, ilter, djust brakes andcarburetor. A fun car to drive and to be seen in as is very sharp looking. Purchaser will get reference books with car, ncluding Classic Thunderbird International's Thunderbird Restoration Details and Specifications Manual (complete with alladdendum).
