Description

Ever wanted an open roadster? Something period-correct looking, ure to bring you back to the drag strip in the 60's? Well, ere is your chance to own "The Buzzin' Half Dozen". I built this car for a car show, nd now that the show is over, t's time to sell it. This car made a several hundred mile round trip to another state to participate in the show, nd has also been my daily driver lately. The motor is a Chevrolet 292. With an Eaton M-90 supercharger, ffenhauser4-barrel intake with aHolley 4150 550CFM carburetor, orlaexhaust; this car really goes!! The carcarries a clean, urrently registered title, ndmakes for a super fun driver. The body is a fiberglass 1923model T. The paint is red oxide primer which I have added thepatinato, o make it look like she just got drug out of a barn. The front wheels areAnsen 15"x4.5", ear wheels are Shelby GT 500 15"x9" wrapped in Hoosier 30"x9.5" slicks with about 80% tread. Bolt pattern all around is chevy 5x4.75". Rear axle is a GM 10 bolt with 3:55 gears, hich is bolted right to the frame. Front axle is a Crager sprint car chromoly tube-axle with vintage chromecoil-overs. The car only has rear brakes, hich are hand-operated, ike an old dragster. Transmission is a Saginaw 3 speed, hich works perfectly; however, he Hurst "Indy" shifter could use some adjustment. Has a new Delcatron one wire alternator and AC Delco battery. The seats are vintage "Manx-style" dune buggy seats, ith houndstooth covers. The transmission does leak a littlefrom the drive-shaft seal.

For a fraction of the price to build a gasser style rat-rod, ou could own this one. Hop in, lip a couple switches, nd away you go, n the most fun ride of your life! A great car to start tinkering with, o make it suit your tastes.Itdoesn't take up much room either, s it onlyhas a 93" wheelbase. The car is built for someone around 5'9". The car weighs approximately 1200 pounds.

The Chevy 292 motor has about 80,000 miles on it, nd runs fantastic! The car is a blast to drive, ut could drive much better with an alignment. This is by far the most unique car around. Completely custom built, nd one of a kind. The supercharger makes its famous whine, s the zoomies offer a nice crackle. The sound of this car is truly nostalgic. This car is pretty quick, s it will pull the front wheels a few feet off the ground. As you see in the pictures, he back of the car has two small pipes at the bottom, hose are to attach a small rack I also made, ocarry chairs and a cooler to car shows. The car needs minor finishing if desired, r could be left completely alone. As it sits it is reliable, uns great, nd needs nothing to be enjoyed. Headlights, aillight and brake light all function. Sold witha bill of sale, current registration, nd aclean California 1923 title, n my name.
