Description

Mustang Lovers! This is the one you have been waiting for, nd now is your chance to own one of the rarest regular production Mustangs ever made. As you can see, t is eye-searing Bright Tangerine, ne of just 829 produced in this color in 1996. 1996 was the only year that Ford used this color on any or their vehicles. The total production of 829 includes both coupes and convertibles, ith that number being broken down to 254 convertibles and 575 coupes. Most of the convertibles came with black interiors and black tops, ut a few were made with white leather interiors like this car. According to the Orange Mustang Registry, his is one of two cars made that were Bright Tangerine with white leather interior and a black top with a 5-speed transmission.
I tried to buy a similar car when they were new in 1996, ut had to settle for a red Mustang coupe. I just couldn’t afford the convertible in 1996, ut I kept looking for one for several years until I found this one. This is a really nice car with just over 47,000 miles on it. The previous owner put new tires and a new top on it before I bought it, nd it runs and drives excellently. It’s had to beat the sound of a Mustang GT going through the gears.
I bought the car a little over a year ago, nd I am the second owner. I have put about 2,000 miles on the car going to car shows and cruise-ins and just generally enjoying the attention the car gets from everyone who sees it. We have decided to buy a Sprinter RV, nd we just don’t have room at our house for the Mustang any more. The car has a few minor issues that I didn’t think were serious enough to fool with, ike an A/C fan that only blows on high (switch? A/C is ice cold), he emergency brake light stays on most of the time but goes out when you are accelerating (switch?), nd it has some rust in the trunk area. None of these issues affect the way it looks or drives, ust minor irritations. The new owner will love this car.
