Hello,
This car is a 1954 Ford mainline four door. The car has a three speed manual transmission and a ford 223 straight 6 with a single barrel holley carb.
I would like to start by saying that this car has been my daily driver for over a year (winters included) for over two hours driving time every day. I have replaced many parts to make sure that it was a reliable car and it served me well!
This car is far from a show car, ut would be a lot of fun for you to drive, r restore if you wish. It needs two wing windows as they are cracked. The gauges are not wired right now, started a 12 volt conversion and finished everything else but never installed a 12-6 volt reducer to the dash. I just drove the car without gauges, hich never bothered me because I did the same drive every day with the car. I do not have time to put more work into the car currently.
new parts are as follows;
-Under dash and under hood factory wiring harness-GM 1 wire alternator-New battery-Electronic ignition (to eliminate points)-All front end bushings, all joints, nd tie rod ends-New fuel and brake lines-New brake shoes, rums, heel cylinders, nd parking break cables-Cylinder head was professionally rebuilt with new valves and hardened valve seats (so leaded fuel is no longer needed)-New fuel pump-Rebuilt carburator-New throwout bearing-New U-joints-All new 12 volt lights
Pictures depict the car pretty well, eel free to ask any questions. It would make a really fun car for someone looking to drive an old car for the rest of the summer.
