Looks Great ! - Runs Great !

This was my Fathers Van, (I am selling it for Mom..)
It is 1 owner
(may show as 2 owner - transferred to Mom's name)
I put a new battery in it, nd it Looks and runs GREAT !
I got it inspected and it got new sticker right through
Starts and stops on a Dime.
Photos show with and without Seats inside
has (qty 2) front Bucket seats and
(qty 2) 3 - Person Benches.
Dad rarely had the bench seats in the van (pop in and out)
so Bench # 1 is near perfect, nd Bench # 2 is unused Perfect !
Unlike most sellers..
I attempted to list below every flaw that i could find -
(and what i believe the new owner Could do to make it perfect.)
Having said that - it is ready to drive across the country as it is !

It is 1997 deluxe 5.4 L Triton V8 - Passenger Van / front air bags - it is very low miles ( almost 92,000 miles )

3 small Dings (MINOR see last 3 photos) Located: R/rear up high-small accident-backed into a building–R/front above headlight – R/side middle (very small)

Flaw: Sometimes using the hand held key remote, rivers door lock will not pop up ( I have to use the key)

Solution : Remove inner door panel and inspect and Lube ??

Flaw: Outside Power Mirror switch will not electrically move mirror to right ( Only - Up-down-left)

Solution: Clean or replace switch ??.

Air Cond and Heat work GREAT, nbsp;But..

FLAW: Will only blow air out of the Defrost openings up by windshield

Solution: I Read on Several Internet Blogs That the Ford system has a counterweight That Automatically Blows Air ONLY up at windshield Defrost opening ifthere is a vacuum leak to the system. - Blogs said there is a vacuum leak in a small hose from engine to Heater controls that will need to be replaced or sealed. I did not have this personally checked out - But this is what I Found on the internet in several Blogs ) in the meantime it all works - It just blows the Heated-or-Cooled air out of defrost vents instead of other vents.
